It’s really not a diet, it’s a education

Steve D says: Started week one at 220 lbs and approximately 37% BMI. End of week 8 was at 195 lbs, approximately 27% BMI, and lost a total of 16 inches. Started the plan wearing 34 inch waist pants and wear 31 inch now and need to drop another size or buy a belt. If you follow the plan the inches and pounds will drop. It's really not a diet, it's a education on portion control and what foods trigger weight gain.

I continued to loose and am now at a 55 pound total loss!

Debbie W had to say about our program: I started the program originally to lower my A1C to prepare for bilateral knee replacements. My initial A1C was 8....within 2 months of being on the program, my blood sugars went from 200 plus to perfect target range (80 to 120)... my A1C also dropped to a 5! My results were 35 pounds and 38.5 inches. I felt great on the program! I was never hungry, never had that 'jittery' feeling, and always had lots of energy! After the program, I continued to loose and am now at a 55 pound total loss! Excellent program!
